20 Plaintiff and Counterdefendant QC Construction Products, LLC
21 ("Plaintifi") hereby requests leave of this court to file a motion for summary adjudication
22 which exceeds the page limitations set forth in L.R.Civ. 7.2(e).
23 Plaintiff filed its motion for summary adjudication electronically with the
24 court on August 19, 2005. The memorandum in support of Plaintiff’ s motion contains 23
25 pages of text which encompasses twelve pages of factual background and eleven pages of
26 legal analysis in support of Plaintiff s position. Thus, out of an abundance of caution,
27 Plaintiff submits this motion for leave to file a motion for summary judgment which
