On October 6, 200 5, the Court entered an Order granting the Motion and ordering distribution of $179,439.55 to Defendants Curtis/Perricone. The Finance Department at the United States District Court will not release the funds of $179,439.55 without an order of the Court regarding distribution of all accrued interest in the C ourt Re gistry. In the Plaintiff's Response to Motion for Withdrawal of Remainder of Deposit by Defend ants Curtis, the United States suggested that the Order of Withdrawal indicate that the defendants will receive "the amount of $174,439.55, plus interest if any has been earned while on deposit with the Registry of the Court." Thus, Plaintiff consents to distribution of the accrued interest as requested in this motion. Acc ordingly, Defendants Curtis/Perricone respectfully request the Court enter an Order granting dis tribution of a ll accrued interest in the C ourt Regis try to Defend ants Curtis/Perricone so that all funds may immediately be withdrawn.
