Upon agreement of counsel, IT IS ORDERED resetting Jury Trial to August 15, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. Counsel stipulate to a jury of 8 and stipulate to the prospective jury panel being pre-screened for length of trial. Counsel request a three minute mini opening statement prior to voir dire commencing. The Court declines counsels' request for a jury questionnaire. Pending motions are argued to the Court.
