The verdict is read as follows in CV 03-2006: "We, the Jury, duly empaneled and sworn in the above-entitled action, upon our oaths, unanimously fix the just compensation to be paid for the acquisition of the 192.019 acres as follows: $4,327,468.80." The verdict is read as follows in CV 03-2007: "We, the Jury, duly empaneled and sworn in the above-entitled action, upon our oaths, unanimously fix the just compensation to be paid for the acquisition of the 33.845 acres as follows: $1,353,800.00." Counsel waive polling the jury. The Court discharges the jury. 3:48 p.m. Court is adjourned. LATER: IT IS ORDERED directing the Government to lodge a proposed form of judgment.
