MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME

Plaintiff, United States of America, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby moves the Court for an enlargement of time within which to file its response to defendant's application for attorney's fees. Local Rule 54.2(b)(3) provides for a response to be filed within 15 days after service of the application. In order to thoroughly review and respond to the application filed, the United States requests this court to extend the time to March 1, 2007. The undersigned has discussed this motion with the attorney for the landowners who has no objection.
