IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF ARIZONA Case No. CIV 03-2077-PHX-EHC PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE RESPONSES TO DEFENDANTS' MOTIONS IN LIMINE AFTER DEADLINE FOR FILING

(Honorable Earl H. Carroll)

Plaintiffs move for leave to file responses to Defendants' Motions in Limine after the deadline for filing responses thereto. The Court set in its Order dated February 8, 2006 a deadline for filing motions in limine of thirty days before trial, and trial was reset for July 11, 2006. (Docket No. 87.) Upon the parties' joint motion for extension of time (Docket No. 96), the Court set the new deadline for filing motions in limine to June 30, 2006. (Docket No. 97.) Plaintiffs did not file their responses to Defendants' motions in limine until July 13, 2006. Plaintiffs offer as an explanation for not timely filing their responses to defendants' motions in limine only confusion as to the deadlines for filing such responses, given several date changes in pretrial events that occurred after the parties filed their joint motion for extension of time.
