The parties, upon conferring with the Court, jointly request the Court to extend the deadline for submitting their Joint Proposed Pretrial Order, inclusive of jury instructions, interrogatories, and voir dire to June 30, 2006. The Court had set June 20, 2006, as the deadline for submitting a joint proposed pretrial order. (Docket No. 87) On June 16, 2004, the Court, sua sponte, continued the trial scheduled to begin July 11, 2006, and reset the Pretrial Conference for June 26, 2006. (Docket No. 92) The parties, after conferring with Court staff, agreed to reset the Pretrial Conference to July 5, 2006
