Attached to Defendant's Statement of Facts in Support of their Motion for Summary Judgment at Exhibit 14 is a copy of excerpts of the Maricopa Community Colleges Student Handbook. That portion of the Student Handbook pertaining to procedures for Interim Suspension and Appeals is incomplete. Defendant shall

supplement these excerpts of the Handbook by filing the entire section concerning procedures for suspending students from the school. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that defendant shall have until June 7, 2006, to file the additional portions of the Student Handbook described above. DATED this 1st day of June, 2006.
