JOINT STIPULATION EXTENDING TIME TO PROVIDE FINAL SUPPLEMENTS TO DISCLOSURE OF NON-EXPERT WITNESSES AND DOCUMENTS FOR USE AT TRIAL

Plaintiff Kaye Hutton, as an individual and a representative of a class of others similarly situated, and Defendant Bank of America, N.A. ("Bank"), by and through undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and jointly move to revise the First Amended Rule 16 Scheduling Order dated April 27, 2005 to extend the time for final supplements to disclosures of non-expert witnesses and documents for use at trial from September 9, 2005 to September 30, 2005. The parties anticipate submitting an additional Stipulation as soon as practical for corresponding extensions of upcoming deadlines that would necessarily follow the extension addressed herein. A form of order is submitted herewith.
