IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall have until thirty ("30") days after the Court rules on Defendants' pending Motion for Reconsideration and Defendants shall have until sixty ("60") days after the Court rules on Defendants' pending Motion for Reconsideration to disclose experts on damages and the issue of undue hardship.
