resort because it is very costty. He also stated that in order to do aFtiF an agency must have approval before they notify `
the union or individuals that would be affected by the RIF. He said that there were severat steps that must be taken and
that any individual affected by a RIF must be notified of their rights. He was very helpful and interested in the outcome. _
