The Court ordered the parties to confer and file a joint discovery plan. (Order 3/24/05, #28). On September 12, 2005, Defendants filed a Joint Discovery Plan (#50), jointly prepared but unsigned by Plaintiff. In the plan, Defendants indicate a desire to have the scheduled expanded by 90 days. Defendants cite no cause for the expansion. Plaintiff objects, arguing that the deadlines are adequate. In the absence of any rationale, the Court is not inclined to modify the schedule adopted herein. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the schedule adopted in the Court's Order filed March 24, 2005 (#28) shall remain in effect. DATED: October 4, 2005 _____________________________________ JAY R.
