12 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff shall disclose the
13 identity of any person who may be used at trial to present evidence under Federal Rules
14 of Evidence 702, 703, 704, and 705 no later than August 8, 2005. The Defendants shall
15 disclose the identity of any person who may be used at trial to presents evidence under
16 Federal Rules of Evidence 702, 703, 704, and 705 no later than September l2, 2005.
17 Rebuttal expert disclosure, if any, shall be made no later than October l0, 2005. No
18 deposition of any expert witnesses shall occur before the disclosures concerning expert
19 witnesses mandated by this Order are made.
