Plaintiff Lawrence J. Warfield, by and through counsel undersigned, hereby requests this Court to dismiss Defendants Deborah S. Larson and Scott Stephan. Defendant Deborah S. Larson has executed a Stipulated Judgment for the amount of $30,181.48. The Receiver has already obtained judgment by default against Deborah S. Larson's husband, Dennis Larson in the amount of $30,181.48. Default judgment was entered by the Clerk of the Court on May 10, 2004 (Docket No. 118). Defendant Scott Stephan entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Receiver on April 30, 2004 which called for Defendant Scott Stephan to pay the total sum of $9,600.00 by making an initial payment of $4,000.00 and eighteen (18) monthly payments of $311.00. Defendant Stephan's Settlement Agreement was approved by the

Court on December 9, 2005 pursuant to Order Re: Petition No. 59 (Docket No. 237). Defendant Scott Stephan has paid the full amount agreed to in the Settlement Agreement with the Receiver and approved by this Court. Wherefore, the Plaintiff requests that Defendants Deborah S.
