Plaintiff, LAWRENCE J. WARFIELD, as the Receiver appointed by the United States District Court for the District of Arizona in SEC v. Dillie, et al., respectfully requests that this Court dismiss Defendants Michael and Anne McLaughlin from the above-captioned matter for the reason that the parties have agreed to a settlement of all claims against Defendants Michael and Anne McLaughlin. The terms of the settlement between Plaintiff and Defendants Michael and Anne McLaughlin have been approved by the Receivership Court pursuant to an Order entered on April 28, 2006 (Docket No. 538) in SEC v. Dillie, et al, Cause No. 2:01-cv-2493. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests that this Court dismiss Defendants Michael and Anne McLaughlin.
