Potter, Postmaster General, United States Postal Service; National Postal Mail Handler's Union, Defendants. Pursuant to this Court's Order dated October 17, 2005, the Assistant United States Attorney handling this case has attached relevant pages of a deposition transcript for this Court's review. Further, it is important to note that a subpoena duces tecum was sent to Dr. Steinke requiring him to bring the entire file on Donald Chapman with him to the deposition. Additionally, a review of the transcript shows the Assistant United States Attorney handling this case, and her nurse paralegal, informed Mr. Hobson, no less than eight times, that some of the medical records were new and had never been provided to the Assistant United States Attorney handling the case.
