The United States Postal Service hereby moves this Court to exceed the page limit pursuant to Local Rule 7.2(e) for its Motion for Summary Judgment. While the page limit is seventeen pages, the United States Postal Service respectfully requests that this Court permit it to exceed the page limit requirement by five pages for a total number of 22 pages. Due to the number of issues presented and the legal analysis of each issue, the United States Postal Service needed an additional five pages for a thorough and complete motion.
