14 the Ninth Circuit the October 20, 2005 decision of the Honorable
15 Mary H. Murgia, United States District Judge dismissing the
16 Defendant's 28 U.S.C. § 2255. The decision was based on a waiver
17 of the collateral attack in the plea agreement. The_basis of
