IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF ARIZONA United States of America, No. CR 04-0028 PHX SRB Plaintiff, v. OMAR ALEJANDRO URIAS-LEON, Defendant. The Court has received the Defendant's Motion. Defendant is requesting additional time to review the Presentence Report with his client and file a sentencing memorandum. It appears that the Motion is made in good faith and will serve the public's interest in that providing Defendant with effective representation is necessary to insure fairness and protect the Defendant's constitutional rights. A continuance will insure counsel for both the government and the Defendant the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation. Indeed a continuance outweighs the best interests of the public. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED continuing Sentencing from April 23, 2007, to June 11, 2007, at 3:30 p.m. DATED this 9th day of April, 2007. ORDER
