Upon release from custody, no further term of supervised release is imposed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that during the period of incarceration the defendant pay the balance of the previously ordered special assessment through the Bureau of Prisons' Inmate Financial Responsibility Program at a rate of not less than $25 a quarter. The Court waives imposition of interest and penalties with respect to that matter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all remaining allegations are dismissed on motion of the United States. It is the Court's recommendation that you be confined at a facility in the southwestern part of the United States where there are drug programs available, educational programs, vocational programs available that would be of benefit to you when you are released from custody. The defendant is advised of his right to appeal the imposed sentence by filing a Notice of Appeal within 10 days from the date of sentencing.
