IT IS ORDERED revoking the defendant's supervised release and the defendant, Ramon Dion Careaga, shall be committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of NINE (9) MONTHS. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED upon release from the Bureau of Prisons, defendant is placed on supervised release for TWENTY-SEVEN (27) MONTHS. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED affirming standard conditions of supervision adopted by the Court in General Order 05-36. The Defendant shall comply with the following additional conditions:

You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance abuse treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

You shall submit your person, property (including but not limited to computer, electronic devices, and storage media), residence, office, or vehicle to a search conducted by a probation officer, at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner.

You shall complete 100 hours of community service at the rate of not less than 10 hours per month as approved and directed by the probation officer, to begin 30 days of release from custody.

You shall not be involved with gang activity, possess any gang paraphernalia or associate with any person affiliated with a gang.

You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages. You shall cooperate in the collection of DNA as directed by the probation officer. You shall not travel to nor reside within the territorial boundaries of the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED dismissing allegations B and C of the petition on oral

motion of the Government. The defendant is remanded into the custody of the United States Marshal's Service. The defendant is advised of his right to appeal within 10 days. DATED this 17th day of April, 2008.
