A Petition for Revocation of Supervised Release having been filed and Defendant having admitted the allegations that he violated Standard Conditions #1 and #3 and Special Condition #1 of his conditions of supervised release and the Court having found that defendant has violated the terms and conditions of supervised release. The Court has considered the U.S. Sentencing Commission Chapter 7 policy statements as well as the original guideline range and the disposition reports and any attachments and finds as follows: IT IS THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT THAT defendant's supervised release is REVOKED.
