NESTOR JOSE ROMERO, having reviewed the Probation Disposition Report prepared in his case wishes to submit the following corrections:

Payment of Special Assessment. The Defendant asserts that he paid the $200.00

special assessment early in 2006. Mr. Romero indicated that he was required to pay this assessment as a condition precedent to his release from home detention. Defendant did not lose his job. The second paragraph of the Disposition Report notes that, among other things, Mr. Romero "lost his job". Mr. Romero did not lose his job. In May of 2006 he left a lower paying job ($8.50 per hour) at Mod Tech for a job that paid $12.15 per hour at UHAUL. Mr. Romero was still employed at UHAUL when he was arrested for the instant violation.
