GEOFFREY HULIN, Defendant. Based upon the Stipulation to Modify Terms of Probation and good cause appearing

therefor, the Motion for Termination of Probation, or Alternatively for Modification of Terms
16

of Probation is granted as follows:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Mr. Hulin's probation be modified as follows:
18

Standard Term 2 is modified to allow the defendant to travel in and between Arizona,
19

Nevada, and California for the purpose of training and competing in golf tournaments and
20

attending the PGA Qualifying School.

Standard Term 6 is modified to provide that in lieu of work, the defendant is permitted
22

to devote substantially all of his work time and effort to training and competing in golf
23

tournaments and attending the PGA Qualifying School.

Special Condition 4 is modified to provide that in lieu of being "gainfully employed,"
25

the defendant may train for and compete in golf tournaments and attend the PGA Qualifying

School. He shall report the dates and results of all tournaments played, as well as his weekly practice schedule, to the probation officer at least once a month. If defendant is accepted and attends the PGA Qualifying School, he shall submit proof of his enrollment and participation. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED vacating the motion hearing set for Tuesday, February 20, 2007. DATED this 16th day of February 2007.
