This matter was originally set for February 27, 2006, due to a conflict in the Court's schedule the matter was reset to February 28, 2006 at 9:30 am. However counsel has a previously scheduled matter which conflicts. Counsel is requesting a short continuance to a more suitable time for the Court and counsel. Counsel has conferred with the AUSA Mary Beth Pfister and she has no objection to this Motion.
