Pursuant to Defendant Kenneth Foster 's Motion to Sentencing, Government having no objection, and good cause appearing, to wit: additional time needed to meet with defendant prior to sentencing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED granting Defendant's Motion to Continue Sentencing. IT IS ORDERED continuing the Sentencing from April 17, 2006 to Monday, May 1, 2006 at 2:00 The Court notes this is the fourth request to continue sentencing in this matter. No further continuances shall be granted absent extraordinary circumstances. The Court specifically finds that the ends of justice served by granting a continuance outweighs the best interests of the public and the Defendant. This finding is based upon the Court's conclusion that the failure to grant such a continuance would deny the Defendant the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation for Sentencing. DATED this 14th day of April, 2006.
