On the Court's own motion, IT IS ORDERED resetting Status Conference re: 8/7/07 trial date (4th setting) from July 26, 2007 to Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at 4:00 P.M. in Phoenix, Arizona. before Judge James A. Teilborg (COURTROOM 503). No substitution of counsel will be permitted. Because this is a status conference, it will not be necessary for the defendant to appear in person. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel shall be prepared to discuss: (1) Whether the case will proceed to trial or be resolved by a plea; (2) Whether either party will seek a continuance; (3) What motions, if any, can be resolved by stipulation of counsel; (4) What additional motions, if any, will be filed and need to be resolved; and (5) Whether either party has filed or anticipates filing motions in limine. If a change of plea for a defendant has been scheduled or a motion to continue trial has been granted before the status conference, the status hearing will be vacated.
