COMES NOW the plaintiff, United States of America, by and through Paul K. Charlton, United States Attorney for the District of Arizona, and Albert L. Kleiner, Assistant United States Attorney, and hereby gives Notice of its Intent to Call A Witness and Present Evidence at the sentencing hearing set for February 9, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. The United States anticipates calling one witness at the above-referenced sentencing hearing. The witness is Revenue Agent Kathleen Cornelius, IRS. The government anticipates this witness will provide direct testimony for approximately twenty to thirty minutes regarding tax loss and sophisticated concealment.
