Before the court is Defendant's Motion for Release Pending Appeal (doc. # 154), the Response (doc. # 155), and the Reply (doc. # 156). The Motion offers 20 pages of briefing and attaches and incorporates Defendant's 47 page appeal brief. Rather than speculate about the Government's responses to the appeal brief, to the extent it is relevant to the Motion for Release, the court will be better assisted by reviewing the Government's appeal brief. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that by September 25, 2006, the Government supply this court with a copy of its Appellee's Brief filed in the Court of Appeals. DATED this 20th day of September, 2006.
