Dear Judge Carroll,
I originally wrote you back in April requesting you to change my sentence. I am
not asking you to shorten my sentence, but how I will serve the last six months. At
this point my release date is December 15, 2007 at which point I will go to a half-
way house and my final out date is Feburary 8, 2007. August 8, 2007 would be the
beginning of the last six months of my sentence. My lawyer, Greg Clark, informed me
that there was a better way or more proper procedure of going about this and he was going
to submit it to your court. I have tried to reach him for the past two months, but our
schedules have not allowed it. My question is did he do it and where does it stand at
this point. If he hasn't, I am requesting a re—sentencing hearing so you can rule on
this matter. I do not need to be present, but can do so via telephone conference call.
The phone number here is 915-886-6600 and my case worker is Ms. Wilson and my counselor
is Ms. Holguin. The job I have waiting is with D.R. Horton and my supervisor is Oscar
Galendo. He can be reached at 602—828—4935 to confirm my employment oppertunity. As
you can see August 8, 2007 is quickly approaching and your swift consideration in
this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
