25 trying to recover the money that was forfeited by the Border Pa-
26 trol Agents at time of arrest, and within said documents there _

28 against the Defendant at the time of arrest.

1 Thus the Defendant, hereby respectfully requests that the Honora-
a 2 ble Judge of this Court shall grant the Defendant the opportunity
3 to receive the afore mentioned documents in order to file his
‘ 4 Motion for Recovery of Property Seized.
5 Furthermore, the Defendant wishes to acknowlege this Court that_
5 he has made several attempts to secure the afore mentioned docu-
1 ments thru his Counsel of Record, but insofar it has been to no n
3 avail, since the Counsel of Record has not given the Defendant`
9 the Courtesy of a simple reply to any of the Defendant's letters
10+ requesting the afore mentioned papers/documents.
11 The Defendant also wishes this Court to acknowlege that he has
g 12 filed a Civil Rights Complaint by a Prisoner, but because of his
13 unability to produce the name of the Person(s) who arrested him
14 and seized his money alleging that the Defendant had been charged
15 with trafficking of Ilegal aliens, and said money was confiscated .
16 for evidence, without given the Defendant a receipt for said
n 17 money, nor were the Ilegal aliens charge was ever filed against
_ 18- the Defendant, Thus the seizing/confiscating of the above menti-
19 oned money was unjustified. Said Civil Rights Complaint was Dis- n
20 missed with Leave to Amend, because the Presiding Judge require
d _21 the especific names of the arresting Officers. ·
22 The Defendant then Prays that the Honorable Judge of this n
23 Court could entertain this letter Motion/Request for copies of
T24 all documents in file pertaining to the Defendant‘s Criminal
25 Procedings and provide the Defendant the opportunity to recover
26 his money so that in turn he may be able to assist his family
-27 down in Mexico with a little bit of financial support.
