The Court has considered the U.S. 18 Sentencing Commission Chapter 7 policy statements, the original guideline range, the 19 disposition report, and the Ninth Circuit Remand. The Court finds Defendant's behavior 20 warrants a sanction outside the provisions of the Chapter 7 policy statements. Accordingly, 21 IT IS THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT THAT defendant's supervised release 22 is REVOKED. 23 IT IS ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for 24 a term of TWENTY-FOUR (24) months. 25 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the defendant pay the remaining balance of 26 restitution of $1075.00, with payments to begin through the Inmate Financial Responsibility 27 Program. 28
