MINUTE ORDER

Pursuant to Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Mandate ordering that the 36-month sentence imposed after revocation of defendant's supervised release be vacated and remanded, IT IS ORDERED setting re-sentencing/disposition hearing on Defendant's Petition to Revoke Supervised Release for Monday, April 30, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. before Judge James A. Teilborg in Phoenix, Arizona (Courtroom 503). A writ shall be issued by separate Order to secure defendant's presence for this hearing. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a U.S. Probation Officer be present at this hearing and provide the Court with the revocation packet containing the original pre-sentence report, Sentencing Recommendations, Petition to Revoke Supervised Release dated 5/25/06, Final Disposition Report and Recommendations at least seven (7) business days before the hearing.
