Defendant, Jaod Dodds, by and through undersigned counsel, applies to this Court for an Order for Transportation to Dr. Jack Potts for a full mental competency evaluation. Mr. Dodds competency hearing has been rescheduled for March 10, 2006. Arrangements will have to be made between the U.S. Marshal's Service and Dr. Pott's office as to the date and time for the meeting with Defendant. Dr. Potts is located at 221 E. Indianola, Phoenix, AZ 85012, and his office number is 602-274-5494. The Defendant respectfully requests this Court to grant this Motion in order to allow the psychiatric examination to be held. It is expected that excludable delay under Title 18 U.S.C. Section 3161(h)(1)(A) and (h)(1)(F) may result from this motion or from an order based thereon.
