This defendant has agreed to testify for the United States and the plea agreement needs to be

disclosed to the people he will be testifying against. The United States has contacted Franco-

Saenz’s, Alex Navidad, and he has no objection to the unsealing of the plea agreement.

Excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. § 316l(h) will not occur as a result of this
20
motion or of an order based thereon.
