On Oct0ber,4/2005 On a Judgment of this Court I was committed to .~
the custody of the Bureau of Prison for a term of One Hundred sixty
five (165)months Upon release from imprisonment, I shall be placed
On Supervised release for a term Five (5) years.
Criminal Monetary Penalties Special Assessment of $300.00 are due
lduring my imprisonment at a rate of not less than $25 per quarter
and payment shall be made through the Bureau of prison Inmate
Financial Responsibility Program.
L I am indigent and I depend on my family for financial support
the little money that I recieve is used for toilet tries and for
phone calls to my three children.
I have requested to work here at the prison in the kitchen,in the
library or even to cut grass on the compound but because this jail
is full to capacity No jobs are available.
These Monetary Penalties are causing me great hardship because I am
unable to pay.

i If my family doesn't send me money I°ll be placed on restriction
for refusal to pay, refusal is automatically applied if there are
no funds in Inmates account for withdrawal, this is very hard on
me and on my family.
I am asking can these penalties be waived until I am placed on
Supervised release where I can work and pay it off my self instead
of the burden being placed on my family.
I respectfully requests that and Order be sent to the Record coordinator
at USP Canaan P.O.Box 400 Waymart PA 18472 waiving monetary penalties
until time of my Supervised release.
