Further, the jury finds the defendant conspired to possess with intent to distribute 5 kilograms or more of Cocaine. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the defendant shall remain in the custody of the U.S. Marshal pending sentencing. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any motions for upward departure, downward departure and/or sentencing memoranda shall be filed at least 6 business days prior to sentencing.
