Defendants Michael Craig Anderson and Gina Anderson have filed motions to continue their sentencings currently scheduled for October 2, 2006. Dkt. #118, 119. Defendants request an extension sufficient to permit Michael Anderson to deal with an existing business dispute. Counsel for Defendant Gina Anderson also explained that she has not had sufficient time to prepare for sentencing. Dkt. #122. Counsel for Defendant Michael Anderson did not state that he needed more time to prepare for sentencing in his motion to continue (Dkt. #118), although he did make this assertion in a reply memorandum filed the day before sentencing (Dkt. #123). The Government opposes additional extensions. Sentencing in this matter has been continued twice. The Court will grant a brief additional continuance to enable the parties to prepare fully for sentencing, but the Court will not grant a continuance to permit Michael Anderson to resolve his ongoing civil disputes, a resolution of which could take months. Therefore, sentencing in this matter will be

rescheduled for October 11, 2006 at 3:30 p.m. (Gina Anderson) and 4:00 p.m. (Michael Anderson). The Court will not grant additional extensions. It IS ORDERED that the motions to continue filed by Defendants Michael and Gina Anderson (Dkt. ##118, 119) are granted in part and denied in part as set forth above.
