14 A Petition for Revocation of Supervised Release was tiled and Defendant admitted
15 the allegations that he violated Standard Conditions #3 and #7 and the Court found that
16 defendant violated those terms. The Court has considered the U.S. Sentencing Commission
17 Chapter 7 policy statements as well as the original guideline range and 18 U.S.C. §3553 and
18 finds as follows:
19 IT IS THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT THAT defendants supervised release
20 is REVOKED.
21 IT IS ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of Bureau of Prisons for a
22 term of FOURTEEN (14) MONTHS, to be served consecutively to defenda11t's term of
23 imprisonment in his state court case, CR2005-034519-001SE. Defendant is advised of
24 his right to appeal.
