CR 04-50167-1 PHX-SRB ORDER REVOKING SUPERVISED RELEASE

A petition for revocation of supervised release having been filed and hearings held with the defendant and counsel present, and the defendant having previously admitted violation of standard condition #9, IT IS ORDERED revoking the defendant's supervised release and the defendant, Justin Abbate, shall be committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of TWELVE (12) MONTHS. No further sanction of supervised release is imposed. The Court having denied defendant's oral Motion to Self-Surrender, IT IS ORDERED remanding the defendant into the custody of the United States Marshal Service.
