The court has received "Plaintiff's Notice" (doc. #81), which the court construes as a motion for reconsideration under LRCiv 7.2(g) asking the court to reconsider its order of August 9, 2005, granting the motions for summary judgment of defendants Cox and Sesma (doc. #78). Plaintiff represents that he did not receive either motion for summary judgment (docs. #69 and 70) or the magistrate judge's order setting a deadline for response to those motions (doc. #73). Plaintiff represents that the last order he received was one dated June 15, 2005 (doc. #76). Plaintiff does not submit any response to the two motions for summary judgment or otherwise demonstrate that he would have a meritorious response to them. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's Notice (doc. #81) is treated as a motion for reconsideration under LRCiv 7.2(g) of the order granting defendants' motions for summary judgment (doc. #78) and that defendants shall file a response to the motion for reconsideration by September 9, 2005.
