Goldfarb is a defendant in USA v. Guldfarb 07-GUZSODGC, pending in the district court of Arizona
arising from his involvementwith CORF. ln that action, Goldfsrb is prohibited from having any contact
with Ross, Guenther and Woodcock. As a result, Gnldfarb is prejudiced in his ability to defend against
Shimkds allegations. Goldfarb would request the Courts assistance in resolving this dilemma.
