I attempted service at Frank E. Piscitelli Jr.'s home address in Mentor, Ohio. Each time, I could tell that
someone was inside the home; however, no one answered the door. I also attempted his work address (55 Public
Sq., Ste. 1950, Cleveland OH 44113) on 03/ 17/08, the day he was expected to rehnn &orn an out of town
business trip. According to the receptionist, he was not in the office and would not be returning that day. She
did not know when he would next retum to the oftice. _
