NOW COME Plaintiffs and move this Court for an order continuing the trial date of August 26, 2008 on the grounds that David Welling, Esq., counsel for Plaintiffs, has just recently withdrawn as counsel of record, forcing Plaintiffs to retain other counsel. Plaintiffs have retained Kenneth
