Defendant Market Finders has informed the Court that a discovery dispute exists that could not be resolved despite the parties' best efforts to meet and confer in accordance with FRCP 37(a)(2)(A). Given the nature of this dispute and despite the Court's normal policy of conducting discovery disputes via telephonic conferences, the Court will require, in addition to counsel, the corporate representatives of the respective parties to appear before the Court. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that counsel and the respective corporate representatives SHALL APPEAR at a Discovery Dispute hearing on March 22, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. in courtroom # 605 on the sixth floor of the United States Courthouse, 401 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint-statement, not to exceed five pages, setting forth the nature of the discovery dispute no later than Friday, March 17, 2006.
