NOW COMES, James Fu. Logan, DEFENDA`N'l`, in this action appearing Pro Se and
moves thc Cotu·t to allow the defendant to appear telephonically for the scheduling
conference currently set on August 18, 2005 at 4:30 p.rn. for the Ibllowing reasons:
I. Detendant resides out of state in Tamarac, Florida and traveling to Phoenix,
Arizona would create a tinancial hardship, Defendant does not have the
money to either drive or fly Ihr said conilerence.
WHEREFORE, defendant, James E. Logan moves this Court to allow his
appearance for purposes ofthe conference to be accomplished telephonically.
