17 Upon consideration of the parties' Stipulation for Extension of Time, and for good cause
18 appearing, it is hereby ORDERED that:
19 (l) Defendants will have until October 21, 2005 to respond to Plaintiffs Rule 56
motton.
ii) (2) Plaintiff has until October 28, 2005 to file her reply to the Rule 56 motion.
22 (3) In the event that the parties work out the issues in the Rule 56 motion, Plaintiff
23 will withdraw her motion and Plainti ff has until November 7, 2005 to respond to the pending
24 motion for summary judgment filed by Fleetwoood.
