Defendant Fleetwood Motor Homes of California, Inc. ("Fleetwood") by and through counsel undersigned, hereby requests an extension of the 11-page limitation on its Reply in Support of Its Motion for Summary Judgment ("Reply") filed simultaneously herewith. Pursuant to Local Rule 7.2(e), unless otherwise permitted by the Court, a Reply Memorandum can only be 11 pages in length, exclusive of attachments. Fleetwood's Reply exceeds this limit by 8 pages (exclusive of the caption and service certificate) as Fleetwood not only replies in support its Motion for Summary Judgment, but it also discusses in detail Nevada law as it applies to this case, and clarifies Plaintiff's facts and legal standards briefed in her Response. Further, Fleetwood needed to include a thorough overview of recent developments in this District, to assist the Court in its analysis of this surprisingly unsettled area of the law. Under the circumstances, Fleetwood believes all parties and the Court benefit by this more expansive discussion. Fleetwood, therefore, seeks this Court's approval allowing its Reply to be considered in its entirety.
