COACH/CHASSIS WARRANTY DISTINCTION REFERENCES IN
FLEETWOOD'S OWNER'S MANUAL
1) "WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY"-
This warrangy does not cover: the automotive chassis
system (inclu ing the chassis and drive train), tires and
batteries, which are covered by the separate warranties of the
y respective manufacturers of these components. g

2) The materials in your Owner 's Information Package] contain
warranty information and operating instructions on the
various appliances and components in your motor home.
Warranty registration cards for these items should be filled
out and mailed as Ezoon as possible after you take delivery of

3) If you need service or warranty information, please see the
booklets and other documents included in your Owner 's
Information Package. Sge Fleetwood Owner's Manual, at
pg. 04-3.
4) If you have a warrant or service concern about the chassis
portion of your vehicIe(please be aware that you may go
directly to an authorize chassis dealer for service. This may
save you time and effort as the chassis warranty is
administered by the chassis manufacturer. Consult your area
phone directory for an authorized dealer and make
arrangements with their service department. If you are unsure
if the concern is chassis related, feel free to contact your

5) "OWN ER'S INFORMATION PACKAGE"- This package
contains valuable documents about your motor home and its
equipment and systems. Thig Owner 's Manual and the
Chassis Operator 's Manual are in the package .... .Be sure r
you read all this information and understand the safety and

The glossary to the Fleetwood Owner's Manual defines the "Chassis Operator's/Owner's
Guide/Manual" as follows; "This is the operating and maintenance manual supplied by the chassis I
manufacturer. It is part of your Owner's Information Package. It contains information on operating and
maintaining the engine, transmission, drivetrain and other components ofthe motor home chassis. g id, I

chassis manufacturer and is the number used for vehicle

7) "Towing a Vehicle or Trailer"- Heavier towed loads can ·
exceed your chassis' ability to pull and stop the load and l
cause a vehicle crash, damage the motor home structure or I
drive train, and restrict your coverage under the Fleetwood ;
