At the Rule 16 conference, the Court advised the parties that the Court would not allow the deadline for completing discovery to extend beyond the two year anniversary of when the case was filed. This case was filed on February 3, 2004. Therefore, discovery must be completed before February 3, 2006. Nonetheless, the Court inadvertently set a deadline that is beyond this date. As a result, the Court will reset the discovery deadline and the dispositive motion deadline to be consistent with the two-year limitation. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the deadline for completing all discovery is February 3, 2006; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the deadline for filing an dispositive motions is February 24, 2006.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, due to the age of this case, the parties should not anticipate any extension of these deadlines, regardless of when the Court rules on the motion for reconsideration. DATED this 30th day of August, 2005.
